Twenty-seven years in Human Resources, sixteen of which have been at senior corporate level. The latter part of my career was highly focussed on strategic, end-to-end transformation initiatives and policy formulation.

Experienced negotiator with trade unions on collective agreements, wages and conditions of service, dispute handling and strike management.
Authoritative knowledge on Industrial Relations and Labour Law.
