Marianne Roux
Marianne Roux holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology. She has a combination of management consulting, senior Human Resource management and lecturing experience.
Her key clients have include Telkom SA, Telecom Namibia, Namibia Post, Volkswagen SA, Langeberg Foods, Liberty Life, SASOL, Mpumalanga province and ESKOM
She has worked for various companies including Telkom SA, Siemens, Coopers & Lybrand, Andersen Consulting and Woolworths. She has run change management programmes, re-engineered human resource functions and implemented systems. In the last couple of years she managed a human resource function and spent a lot of time developing leaders and working on transformation programmes.
She also lectures in Emotional Intelligence at the Stellenbosch Business School and in Training and Development at the University of Stellenbosch.
She recently founded a consulting concern called Human Transformation Systems. She focuses mainly on leadership and team development and change and transformation management. She also assists organisations in organisation design and performance management programmes.
