Along with the registration you will be requested to complete our survey which will help us to provide better insight and support to all that visit here.

Please remember to supply us with a valid e-mail address in order to receive your analysis.

Once your registration has been successful, you may proceed to login and complete the Spiritual Revitalisation Questionnaire.

Now start completing your questionnaire by typing your answer under each question in the space provided. As you are typing the space expands.

Try completing your questionnaire in one sitting. You may need up to two hours. Save at regular intervals using the save button alongside each question. Please remember your answers will only be sent once you have clicked on "Submit your questionnaire for analysis" at the end of the questionnaire.

Once you click on "Submit your questionnaire for analysis" an e-mail will be sent to Caren at caren.scheepers@irodo.com, attaching your answers with your six-digit number.

Caren will route your file to where the reflection will be done by either of two trained personnel. Your reflection will then be forwarded to a supervisor for a quality check.

Within a maximum 14 days we will respond to your questionnaire via the e-mail address you supplied with your registration and attach your completed report to it, provided that we have received your payment, of R500, in our bank account:

Remember to quote your six-digit number when making the payment by internet banking or telephone banking services. Alternatively, if making a bank deposit, please fax your bank deposit slip to (012) 991-4487.
